Whenever possible, RAVON works in partnership with other nature conservation organisations and collaborates with other data-collecting organisations. In the Netherlands such partnerships exist with:

• the Netherlands Society for research on Flora and Fauna (VOFF) and the Platform of Organisations for Conservation of Species (PSO), who are discussion partners for the government with regard to the conservation of species
• the Natuurplaza, a cooperation between several research NGO’s and the Radboud University of Nijmegen

RAVON also works together with universities and research institutes, provinces and municipalities, water authorities, local residents and sister organisations, both in the Netherlands and abroad in Europe, i.e. Societas Europaea Herpetologica (SEH) and the European Ponds Network.
